Please read these terms carefully before using the 8basa platform. This document defines the legal relationship between you and us.
Introduction and Consent
Important: By using this website or any service on the 8basa platform, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms and conditions described below.
8basa ("we", "our" or "platform") operates an online entertainment and betting service for users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document ("Terms") applies to every individual ("user" or "you") who uses our platform.
These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). We reserve the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after any changes take effect, you will be considered to have agreed to those changes.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform and contact our support team to close your account.
User Eligibility
To register on the 8basa platform and use its services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
2.1 Age Requirement
This platform is operated for users aged 21 years or older only. By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age. We may request identity documents or proof of date of birth at any time for age verification purposes.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances or bonuses may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts if false information is provided.
- Name, date of birth and contact details must be accurate.
- Any changes to account information must be reported to us immediately.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
- Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.
Account Management
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account on 8basa, you must fill in the required details on the registration form. Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation message. After your account is activated, you will be able to use all services on the platform.
3.2 Account Security
Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. 8basa will not be held responsible for any misuse of an account.
3.3 Account Closure or Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Abuse of the bonus system.
- Money laundering or other illegal activity.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on 8basa may only be completed through approved payment methods.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods
We currently support the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. New methods may be added in the future — visit our payments page for the latest list.
4.2 Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
- Funds deposited into an account must come only from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
- Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
- In the event of a technical issue during deposit processing, keep proof of the transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes after verification is complete.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- We reserve the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on 8basa are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳10,000, you will receive an additional ৳10,000 as a bonus.
Bonus Terms: To receive the welcome bonus, you must wager the total deposit and bonus amount 20 times (20x) before making a withdrawal. Example: ৳2,000 deposit and ৳2,000 bonus = ৳4,000 — a total wager of ৳80,000 is required before withdrawal.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Funds cannot be withdrawn directly from the bonus balance; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
- Some games may not contribute to bonus wagering — please check the details of each promotion.
- We reserve the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected.
5.3 VIP Program
8basa's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Promotion to a higher VIP tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is calculated every Monday according to BST.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault.
- 8basa's decision is final in determining the outcome of any bet.
- Bets will not be accepted if the account does not have a sufficient balance.
6.2 Sports Betting
Bets can be placed on a variety of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and kabaddi. The policy for refunding bets in the event of a cancelled or incomplete event will be determined according to the terms of the relevant event.
6.3 Casino Games
For participation in live casino, slots, and other games, the rules of the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) will also apply.
6.4 Technical Issues
8basa will not be responsible for any game or bet left incomplete due to a technical fault or disconnection. Such situations will be resolved in accordance with the platform's policy.
Responsible Gaming Policy
8basa takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that setting limits is essential to enjoying gaming for entertainment.
7.1 Self-Limit Setting
Users can set deposit, bet, and loss limits on their account. These limits take effect immediately. A cooling-off period applies if a request is made to increase a limit.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Any user may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be accessed and no promotional messages will be sent.
7.3 Protection of Minors
8basa strictly ensures that no minor (under the age of 21) can use the platform. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to protect children and teenagers in the family.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8basa platform:
- Any attempt to commit fraud, deception, or harm other users.
- Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Placing bets using automated software or bots.
- Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
- Operating an account under another person's identity.
- Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
- Spreading false information or engaging in activities that damage the reputation of 8basa.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken where applicable.

9.1 Data Collection
We collect necessary information during registration, transactions, and use of the platform. This information is used solely for providing services, identity verification, security, and fulfilling legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, certain information may be shared with technology partners providing services or when required by law.

Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Availability
We cannot guarantee that 8basa services will always be available without interruption. Services may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues.
10.2 Loss Limitation
8basa is not liable for any loss in the following situations:
- User losses due to internet connection disruption.
- Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's negligence or mistake.
- Game cancellation due to a technical error (bets will be refunded).
- Errors by a third-party game provider.
- Events beyond our control (Force Majeure).
10.3 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, please contact our support team first. Our goal is to resolve all disputes quickly through discussion. The final decision of 8basa will be binding.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 8basa platform — logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 8basa and is protected under applicable copyright law.
You are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Republishing or distributing 8basa content without prior written permission.
- Using the 8basa brand name or logo without authorization.
- Modifying, decompiling, or reverse engineering the platform's source code.
